Terms of service
Last updated October 27, 2026. Pending legal review.
1. Who we are
Get Discovered Media ("GDM", "we") provides marketing services for home-service businesses. You can reach us at hello@getdiscoveredmedia.com or 425.870.1498. Based in Snohomish County, serving Puget Sound and beyond.
2. What we provide
We offer three plans: Launch, Grow, Scale. Each plan's inclusions are listed on the pricing page. Before any work begins, we confirm your plan, scope, price and delivery dates in a written service agreement. That agreement, together with these terms, is the whole deal.
3. Pricing
Prices on the site are starting-at prices. Your exact price is confirmed in the service agreement and does not change during the minimum term. Ad spend is paid separately, straight to the ad platforms. Setup fees are billed when the agreement is signed. Monthly fees are billed monthly in advance.
4. Minimum term and cancellation
3-month minimum, then month to month. Three months to prove it, then month to month.
After the first three months, either side can cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Fees for the first three months are owed even if you cancel early. When you cancel, you keep your domain, website, content, Google Business Profile and all logins.
We may end the agreement with 30 days' written notice at any time after the minimum term, or immediately if an invoice is more than 30 days overdue after a written reminder.
5. Delivery guarantee
If we miss a delivery date on our side, you get one month's fee credited on your next bill. Delays caused on the client side pause the clock for up to 15 days. Delivery dates are the ones written in your plan. The credit is applied to the next monthly invoice and is the sole remedy for a missed date. A "client-side delay" means we are waiting on access, approvals, content or decisions from you that we have requested in writing.
6. What you own
You own everything we build. Your domain, website, content, photos and videos we create for you, your Google Business Profile and every login are yours from day one and remain yours if the agreement ends. We may keep internal copies of work for our records. We may show work we did for you in our own marketing only with your written permission.
7. What we need from you
Timely access to your Google Business Profile, website and other accounts; accurate business information; and review of drafts within a reasonable time. We rely on the information you give us about your licenses, insurance and services and are not responsible for claims on your behalf that turn out to be inaccurate.
8. No guarantee of results
We do not promise rankings, calls, leads, bookings or revenue. Search engines, AI assistants and ad platforms change without notice and are outside our control. We promise the work described in your plan, the delivery dates, and a monthly proof report showing both.
9. Third-party services
We use third-party services on your behalf (for example Google, hosting providers, Cal.com for booking, Stripe for payment and Docuseal for signatures). Their terms apply to their services. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the ad platforms.
10. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability under the agreement is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Snohomish County, Washington, unless we both agree otherwise in writing.
12. Changes
We may update these terms for new clients at any time. Changes do not apply to an existing agreement during its minimum term unless you agree in writing.
