What we collect
Audit requests. When you submit the free-audit form we collect what you type: business name, your name, email, phone (if given), trade, service area, website (if given) and your note. We use it to prepare your audit and reply to you.
Booking. If you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, email and the answers to the booking questions under its own privacy policy. The calendar only loads after you click to show available times.
Analytics. Only if you accept analytics cookies, we load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, rough location, device type, and whether buttons like "Book a Free Audit" or the phone number were used). Nothing is set before you choose. You can change your choice any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Spam protection. The audit form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots. Cloudflare may process your IP address and browser details for that purpose under its privacy policy.
Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard logs (IP address, pages requested, time) for security and reliability.
How it's used and shared
We use your details to respond to you and, if you become a client, to do the work. We don't sell your details or share them with anyone except the services needed to deliver and reply to your request (email delivery, hosting, booking, payment and e-signature providers).
How long we keep it
Audit requests are kept for up to 12 months, or for the length of our relationship if you become a client. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics default settings.
