  1. Before you sign

    Free audit and a call

    We review how you show up in search, Maps and AI answers, your Google Business Profile, reviews and site. You get the findings whether or not you hire us. If it makes sense, we recommend a plan and put the scope, price and delivery dates in writing.

  2. Week 1

    Kickoff and access

    A short onboarding call. You add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile and share site access. Every login is stored in a vault that belongs to you.

  3. Weeks 1–2

    Plan and tracking

    The 90-day plan with dates. Call and form tracking set up so the first proof report has real numbers.

  4. Weeks 2–6

    Build

    Website pages written and built, Google Business Profile fixed and filled out, listings corrected, first photos and (on Grow) the first filming visit.

  5. End of month 1

    First proof report

    What we did, what changed, what comes next. Five minutes to read.

  6. Months 2–3

    Work the plan

    Service-area pages, Google posts, review requests and replies, video stories, site updates. A proof report at the end of each month.

  7. After month 3

    Month to month

    You have the foundation and three reports. Stay month to month, change plans, or cancel with 30 days’ notice. You keep everything either way.

What you own

Everything. The domain is registered to you. The website, its design and every word of content are yours. The Google Business Profile is owned by your Google account, with us as a manager you can remove. Photos and videos we shoot are delivered to you. Logins live in a vault in your name.

If you leave, nothing breaks and nothing is held hostage. That is how we would want it if we were the client.
